ZUMA LIGHTING, LLC – LIMITED WARRANTY

1. LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE

Zuma Lighting, LLC (“Zuma”) warrants that its manufactured products, including but not limited to luminaires, LED components, retrofit assemblies, poles, and related equipment (collectively, the “Products”), shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified in writing by Zuma.

Finish Warranty: One (1) year from date of delivery
Marine Grade Finish: Five (5) years from date of delivery

This Limited Warranty applies only to Products manufactured and supplied by Zuma.

2. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

Products are warranted to perform in accordance with Zuma’s published specifications, including but not limited to photometric performance and EPA (Effective Projected Area) ratings, when properly installed and used within specified conditions.

3. REMEDIES

At Zuma’s sole discretion, and upon verification of a valid warranty claim, Zuma shall:

- Repair the defective Product,
- Replace the Product with the same or functionally equivalent product (new, repaired, or reconditioned), or
- Issue a refund or credit not to exceed the original purchase price of the defective Product.

THE FOREGOING REMEDIES SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY for any breach of this Limited Warranty.

4. EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE

This Limited Warranty does not apply to, and Zuma shall not be responsible for, any failure, defect, or damage resulting from:

- Improper, incorrect, or non-compliant installation
- Use with third-party or non-Zuma components
- Improper electrical supply, power surges, or fluctuations
- Environmental conditions including water ingress, corrosion, vibration, or debris
- Structural conditions, including fatigue, resonance, or harmonic oscillation
- Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or attachments
- Misuse, abuse, mishandling, or improper storage
- Acts of God, vandalism, or external damage
- Use outside intended applications or specifications

Zuma shall not be responsible for failures arising from external systems, structures, or environmental conditions not supplied or controlled by Zuma.

5. INSTALLATION AND LABOR DISCLAIMER

Zuma assumes no responsibility for installation or application of Products or any associated labor costs, including removal, reinstallation, repair, equipment rental, or travel time.

6. SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Customer shall be responsible for all costs associated with shipping defective Products to Zuma. Zuma shall cover standard ground shipping costs for replacement Products within the continental United States unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

All warranty claims must:

- Be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of discovery
- Include proof of purchase and detailed issue description
- Receive prior written authorization before return

Failure to comply may result in denial of the claim.

8. CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY VALIDITY

This Limited Warranty is valid only if Products are installed and maintained in accordance with Zuma specifications, operated within specified limits, and all invoices have been paid in full.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the defective Product.

10. DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES

This Limited Warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. TRANSFERABILITY

This Limited Warranty may be transferred to subsequent owners with proof of original purchase.

12. MODIFICATION OF WARRANTY

Zuma reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Limited Warranty at any time for future purchases.
